TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for any Prime Numbers service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service below, including the Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement.
PRIVATE TUTORING TUITION & FEES
All tuition is prepaid in advance by credit card upon booking.
BOOKING CALENDAR
Prime Numbers sessions are made available a few weeks in advance. New clients will be provided with a booking link that can be used for scheduling appointments. Feel free to book as many sessions as you like and check back often for newly available time slots.
RESCHEDULING
We respectfully request that rescheduling is kept to a minimum. If you must reschedule a Private Tutoring session due to illness or other emergency, please reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
CANCELLING
There are no refunds or credits for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Tuition for cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will be refunded to your credit card, less a 20% administrative fee.
NO SHOWS
If a student fails to attend a scheduled session, tuition will be forfeited.
WAIT TIME
Instructors will log into the Zoom session at the scheduled time. If a student does not join the session on time, the instructor will wait for 20 minutes before assuming the student is a no-show and cancelling the session. Notify us if your student will be arriving late to their session and we will make arrangements to wait for them.
CANCELLATION OF PRIVATE TUTORING DUE TO INSTRUCTOR ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY
If a Prime Numbers instructor has to cancel a private tutoring session due to illness or emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible. We'll work together to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. In the event that the session must be cancelled, tuition will be refunded to the client's credit card.
STUDENT DEVICES
With the exceptions of students’ calculators, we strongly recommend that students do not use cell phones or other electronic devices during sessions. Cell phones should be silenced. No recording devices are permitted.
WEBCAM & MICROPHONE
During sessions, to encourage an interactive learning environment, students are required to keep their webcam and microphone on.
EMAIL ADDRESS
The email address provided in the online customer account will be the primary means of communication from Prime Numbers. Please ensure your email filters allow you to receive emails from info@primenumbers.guru.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting this registration electronically, and in consideration of receiving permission to participate in Prime Numbers activities, I expressly warrant that the enrolled student(s) (or I, if I am a participant) am capable of withstanding both the physical and mental demands of the activities. I also expressly assume all risks of the student or me participating in the activities, whether such risks are known or unknown to me at this time. I further release Prime Numbers, LLC and its owners, managers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claim that my child may have or that I may have against them as a result of injury or illness incurred during the course of participation in the activities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Numbers, LLC and its owners, managers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims arising from my participation in its activities or as a result of any injury or illness of my student during such activities.
PHOTO/VIDEO PERMISSION
I give permission to Prime Numbers, LLC to take and use any photographic image, video image, digital image, replication, or quotes of the enrolled student in any marketing or education materials. This may include, but is not limited to: newspaper advertisements or news stories, television commercials or news stories, websites, electronic signboard slides, educational materials, printed materials for instructors, special event flyers or brochures, and other advertising materials. No identifying information will be included. I may opt out of the photo/video permission by notifying Prime Numbers in writing or by email at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and will never sell your personal information to any third party. We will not discuss a student’s academic progress or personal information with anyone outside of Prime Numbers staff, including the student’s classroom teacher, without express written permission from a parent or guardian.
COMPETENCY
I warrant and assure that I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent. Furthermore, I warrant that I am the legal guardian of the student enrolling in Prime Numbers, LLC. I have carefully read and understand and hereby agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
